Ratings System

How I rate media

Most of the media I’ll be reviewing on here are movies, music, tv shows, and books. I will be using stars (out of 5 and 10, and what that translates to for numbers).

• Movies – I will base the ratings off of enjoyability, acting, writing, musical scores, and rewatchability.
• TV shows – Mostly the same for movies, except for no rewatchability rating, and instead I will focus on a consistency.
• Music – Ratings will be based on composition, lyrics, and yes, there will be a generic rating.
• Books – Ratings on enjoyability, world-building (fiction), and storytelling.

Since I will admit I’m not a professional critic, I am doing what I will call critic commentary, and I will provide my own views on these media.
